The Level 2 package focuses on identifying and addressing amendments to terms and conditions made by main contractors to standard JCT and NEC contracts. Such amendments are invariably onerous and increase contractual risk.

Data and Particulars Review
IROS can provide detailed reviews of sub-contract data and particulars providing a clear and easy to reference schedule of essential contractual information for both JCT and NEC forms of sub-contract and also bespoke forms. This is an extra option with the Level 2 package at £165 and the Level 3 package at £195

Typical information that is reviewed includes;​
Form of execution, MCD, document precedence, notification procedures, fixed lump sum or measurable, MCR or SCP, retention, defects liability period payment provisions and application procedures, warranties, bonds PCG, LAD's variations, insurance requirements and more.

How It Works

Scoping & Quote
Upon recieving your contract, IROS will perform an initial review and provide a quote to do a full risk analysis report.

Contract Analysis
The contract document will be
meticulously analysed to identify any onerous or unacceptable clauses and any other points that you should be aware of. This will be collated in an easy to navigate report and a document will be provided to send to the main contractor containing the suggested contract amendments.

Follow Up
With every contract report, IROS offers a follow up call to answer any queries that you may have relating to the contract and the risk analysis report.
